Mr G C Vaghasia, Managing Director
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from renowned Drew University (Class of 1998), acquiring a double degree in Economics and Computer Science with a minor in Spanish and International Business. Mr Vaghasia is the Managing Director of Vaghasia Limited. In addition to Vaghasia Limited, Mr Vaghasia is also a co-founder and partner in the Vaghasia Group, Inc and oversees the European, UAE and Far East operations of the company. The Vaghasia Group is involved in a diverse range of industries ranging from printed circuit board manufacturing, data centers, call centers, real estate development and mining minerals. His primary responsibilities are to identify and implement key growth strategies, as well as continue to diversify the Group’s areas of focus and holdings.

Mr Rahul C Vaghasia, President
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious Stern School of Business, New York University (Class of 1999) and acquired a double degree in finance and management with a minor in philosophy. Mr Rahul C Vaghasia is the President of Vaghasia Limited. He is also a partner in the Vaghasia Group and oversees its operations in the United States. Key areas of focus include finance and operations. Responsibilities include commercial and residential real estate development and management for the Vaghasia Group including apartment complexes, hotels and resorts. With a background in finance, he is also responsible for identifying key acquisition targets. Mr Vaghasia also overlooks another Group company, AccuCircuits, Inc., a company outsourcing electronic manufacturing to China and South Korea for the United States market.

Mr Jay Ukani, Vice President
Graduated with high distinction from Saurashtra University with a degree in Business Management. Mr Ukani is the Vice President of Operations, responsible for the management of Indian operations of the company. Responsibilities include the overseeing of all aspects of the business cycle. Mr Ukani has more than a decade of experience in agricultural trade and he possesses expertise in differentiating various products based on their quality and specifications.
