Mr. G.C. Vaghasia - Managing Director

Graduated from the renowned Drew University (Class of 1998), acquiring a double degree in Economics and Computer Science with a minor in Spanish and International Business. Mr Vaghasia is the Managing Director of Vaghasia Limited. In addition, Mr Vaghasia is also a co-founder and director of the USA based Vaghasia Group, Inc and oversees the company’s Asia, Middle-East and Far-East operations of the company. The Vaghasia Group is involved in a diverse range of industries ranging from printed circuit board manufacturing, data centers, call centers, real estate development, mining minerals, renewable energy and trading commodities across the globe. His primary responsibilities are to identify and implement key growth strategies, as well as continue to diversify the Group’s areas of focus and international holdings.


Mr. Rahul C. Vaghasia - President

Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious Stern School of Business, New York University (Class of 1999) and acquired a double degree in finance and management with a minor in philosophy. Mr. Rahul C. Vaghasia is the President of Vaghasia Limited. He is also a director of the USA based Vaghasia Group, Inc. and oversees its operations in the United States & Europe. Key areas of focus include finance and operations. Responsibilities include the overall financial management of the Company’s commodity exports business in addition to the acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate properties including apartment complexes, retail strip malls, petrol stations, hotels and resorts within the United States of America. With a background in finance, he is also responsible for identifying key acquisition targets for the Group.


Mr. Jay Ukani - Vice President of Operations

Graduated with high distinction from Saurashtra University with a degree in Business Management. Mr. Ukani is the Vice President of Operations, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Indian operations of the company. Responsibilities include the overseeing of all aspects of the exports business cycle. Mr. Ukani has more than a decade of experience in agricultural exports and possesses expertise in differentiating various products based on their quality and specifications. Mr. Ukani was instrumental in expanding the Company’s business horizons across the Globe and continues to foster the Company’s exponential growth.


Mr. Manoj Patel - Vice President

With tremendous experience in land acquisition and construction, Mr. Patel is the Vice President looking after the company’s projects in India.  Responsibilities include identification of properties for acquisition, constructing commercial projects and foraying into infrastructure development projects in Gujarat.  Mr. Patel has more than a decade of experience in this field and manages a sizeable staff to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely fashion.
